Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe: As Christmas is just around the corner I’m all set to start making piles of chocolate fudge for the children’s school teachers and friends. I live about a 45mins away from civilisation so just popping out to the shop just isn’t an option for me so together me and the children are going to make chocolate fudge I have a few different recipes  but this is by far the easiest with very few ingredients need.  As with all fudge you can add your own ingredients to create some new and interesting every time.

How to make Easy Chocolate Fudge:

INGREDIENTS:

500g Chocolate
1 can (397g) condensed milk
Pinch of salt

METHOD
1.Roughly chop the chocolate.
2.Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently until everything has melted.
3.Pour into a tray lined with greased paper,
4. Chill in the fridge until it has set.

IDEAS:
1.Add 70g chopped nuts (pistachios and cranberries are Divine together) or dried fruit.
2.When you have poured the fudge and it has set a little push pieces of chocolates into the mixture, like slices or Mars bar, malteasers or chocolate buttons, what ever takes you fancy.
